The neighborhoods of Las Condes and Providencia are walkable and have a lot of shopping and restaurants. The area near the Tobalaba metro is right between both and has plenty of lodging.

Nice park with several hiking trails, good views of the city, and small waterfalls. The park’s site has a page you can register on to save time when you arrive- you’ll just need to give them your RUT or passport number. The water in the stream is drinkable, so you can refill a bottle along the way.
